History

Since 1984, Dieckers has stood for outstanding quality in high-pressure technology. The focus of entrepreneurs has always been on the interests of customers, suppliers and employees. This was and is the key to continuous and sustainable growth.

Founded by Bernd Dieckers in his own garage

1984

Launches cooperation with SITEC-Sieber Engineering AG based in Switzerland; Dieckers is still the only SITEC representative in Germany.

1993

Takeover of the company by Volker Rührup

2002

Acquisition of an autofrettage system for pressures up to 14,000 bar

2003

Move to the Münchheide industrial estate in Willich

2004

Robert Malcus joins the company as Technical Director; now a managing partner

2006

Certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2000

Since 2007, a recognised training company for various occupations that require formal training

Relocation to a new, energy-efficient production site with administration building

Barbara Rührup joins the company as a successor from within the family; now a managing partner

Commissioning of a 72 kW PV system for generating electricity for in-plant consumption

Acquisition of an automatic high-bay warehouse to optimise warehousing

Development of the company’s own ERP system, to improve workflows

Commissioning of a laser marking system for more efficient marking of components
